AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan welcomed Mongolian President Ukhnaa with an official ceremony at the Presidential Complex.
A FIRST IN 21 YEARS
Director of Communications of the Presidency Fahrettin Altun made the following statement regarding the visit of Mongolian President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh to Turkey:
“Mongolian President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh will pay an official visit to our country between January 15-19, 2025, upon the invitation of our President. As part of the visit, during the meetings to be held at the Presidential Complex on January 16, 2025, relations between Turkey and Mongolia will be discussed in all aspects, steps to further strengthen cooperation will be evaluated, and an exchange of views will take place on current international and regional issues. This visit by the President of Mongolia to Turkey, which comes after 21 years, will contribute to the further consolidation of the friendly relations based on the common historical and cultural heritage of the Turkish and Mongolian peoples.”
