Regulatory change at Eminevim causes grievances. Citizen becomes an Eminevim victim

A regulatory change implemented at Eminevim has caused grievances for many participants. A citizen who became a member of Eminevim in February 2025 described the process they went through and the problems they encountered. The citizen stated that they joined a payment plan with monthly installments of 48,000 TL that increase by 20 percent annually, and that they planned to receive their funds in September 2025 after making an interim payment of 250,000 TL in July. However, they were informed that because the interim payment was not entered into the system, they would only be able to receive the money in February 2026.

The citizen stated that they were in contact with the Eminevim branch manager during this process and that the manager told them they would sign a new contract in July. The citizen, who made their payments regularly, noted that they had found an affordable house and planned to receive 3,000,000 TL from Eminevim. The citizen, who sold their current home for 2,000,000 TL, invested this money into the new house they intended to purchase.

However, two months later, they were informed by their representative that the interim payment could not be made and that they were experiencing grievances due to a regulatory change. When the citizen contacted the manager again, they learned that they were having problems again due to the regulatory change. Stating that if this situation is not resolved, their 2,000,000 TL will go to waste, the citizen expressed that they could not receive help and could not find anyone to address their concerns.

This situation at Eminevim negatively affects the plans and financial status of participants. It is emphasized that regulatory changes should be communicated to participants in a timely and accurate manner.
