Shot in the head in a parked car: Unfortunate woman could not be saved

In an incident that took place last night in the Şirinevler neighborhood of Bursa's Yıldırım district, Fatma Elif Kutlu, who was found shot in the head inside a car, has lost her life.

The incident occurred on 2nd Buluş Street at approximately 23:00.

Citizens who noticed the woman lying motionless inside the parked car with license plate 16 BBJ 025 immediately reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.

POLICE AND MEDICAL TEAMS ARRIVED AT THE SCENE

Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

Examinations by medical personnel determined that 25-year-old Fatma Elif Kutlu had been shot in the head with a firearm and was critically injured.

COULD NOT BE SAVED

Fatma Elif Kutlu, who was taken by ambulance to the Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital, could not be saved despite all interventions.

While police teams conducted a wide-ranging investigation at the scene, they launched an investigation into the murder that caused the young woman's death, and the suspect, 28-year-old Harun Kurt, was apprehended and taken into custody.

According to the investigation conducted by the Murder Bureau, Harun Kurt, who stated that they had been in a romantic relationship for 7-8 months, claimed that he saw Kutlu messaging and sharing videos with another person during the incident.

While Kurt confessed to committing the murder, it was learned that Fatma Elif Kutlu, born in Bursa in 1999, worked in the furniture sector and was engaged.

It was stated that both Kutlu and the suspect had prior criminal records, but there were no restraining orders or protective measures between them.
