Citizens attempting to log in to the e-Devlet Gateway since the morning hours have been met with the message, "Your transaction could not be completed due to a technical glitch in the system. Please try again later." This situation is believed to be caused by the high volume of applications for TOKİ's 500,000 social housing project.
As tens of thousands of people wishing to apply for the social housing project attempted to log in to the system simultaneously, temporary slowdowns occurred. While there has been no official statement from authorities yet, citizens are advised to try their transactions again at later hours.
