5.7 magnitude earthquake in Hawaii
A 5.7 magnitude earthquake has struck the Big Island of Hawaii in the United States.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) announced that the epicenter of the 5.7 magnitude earthquake was 2 kilometers southwest of the Pahala settlement on the state's Big Island.
It was stated that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 36.8 kilometers.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center noted that no "tsunami" is expected due to the earthquake.
The earthquake was felt in Honolulu on the island of Oahu, approximately 322 kilometers north of the center.
