Al-Qassam Brigades launch attack on Israel

The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, announced that they have carried out attacks on the cities of Ashkelon and Sderot in southern Israel.

In a written statement released on the Al-Qassam Brigades' Telegram account, it was stated that two rockets were fired at the southern cities of Ashkelon and Sderot in response to Israel's massacres against Palestinian civilians.

The statement also reported that an Israeli tank was targeted east of the Jabalia Refugee Camp in the Gaza Strip, and that after soldiers fled into a house in the area that had been previously booby-trapped, the house was detonated, resulting in deaths and injuries among the soldiers.

The statement further noted that Israeli soldiers who took shelter in another house east of the camp were targeted, resulting in deaths and injuries, and that two Israeli tanks were targeted behind the Riyadh as-Salihin Mosque.

ISRAELI SOLDIERS IN RAFAH ALSO TARGETED WITH MORTAR FIRE

The statement also recorded that Israeli soldiers and vehicles in the Rafah Border Crossing area in southern Gaza were targeted with mortar shells.

Meanwhile, a statement from Israeli Army Radio indicated that two rockets were fired at Sderot and its surroundings, with one rocket destroyed by the Iron Dome defense system and the other falling in an open area.

The statement claimed that there were no casualties, injuries, or material damage.

ISRAEL ALSO STRIKES JABALIA REFUGEE CAMP

The Israeli army had increased its air and ground attacks simultaneously across all cities in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army is also conducting intense attacks on the Jabalia Refugee Camp with warplanes and artillery. Thousands of Palestinians in the camp are attempting to migrate to the west of Gaza City.
