Albanian Prime Minister Rama to visit Turkey
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama will pay an official visit to Turkey tomorrow at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to a statement from the Presidency's Directorate of Communications, the first meeting of the Turkey-Albania High-Level Cooperation Council will be held in Ankara under the chairmanship of Erdoğan and Rama as part of the visit.
BILATERAL RELATIONS TO BE DISCUSSED
During the council meeting, Turkey-Albania relations will be reviewed in all their aspects, and steps that can be taken to further deepen bilateral cooperation will be discussed.
In the talks to be held with NATO ally Albania, in addition to bilateral relations, an exchange of views will take place on regional and international developments, based on the understanding of maintaining peace and stability, particularly in the Balkans.
Within the scope of the meeting, it is also expected that various legal texts that will make significant contributions to Turkey-Albania relations will be signed.
