Black box of helicopter involved in US plane crash recovered

In the United States, in the state of Washington DC, 67 people lost their lives as a result of a collision between an American Airlines plane and a military helicopter.

Runway 33 at Reagan National Airport in Washington has been closed to flights until February 7. American Airlines flight 5342, which took off from Kansas, crashed during its landing approach to the airport. Shortly after the crash, the plane's black box was found.

Hours after the crash, news arrived that the helicopter's black box had also been found. The National Transportation Safety Board has taken the helicopter's black box for examination.
