Boeing in trouble again
An Atlas Air Boeing 747 cargo plane that took off from Miami International Airport in the US was forced to make an emergency landing while emitting sparks shortly after takeoff.
Boeing, which has been in the news for some time due to reports of malfunctions, is not finding any respite. This time, a 747 cargo plane made an emergency landing.
A Boeing 747 cargo plane in the US made an emergency landing shortly after takeoff. In a statement from Atlas Air, it was noted that the aircraft experienced an "engine malfunction shortly after takeoff" last night and landed back on the ground safely.
Footage circulating on social media shows the aircraft moving while emitting sparks from its left-wing engine immediately after taking off from the airport.
The Federal Aviation Administration stated that the plane had taken off for Puerto Rico, reported an engine malfunction immediately afterward, and then returned safely to Miami International Airport.
