French police were on high alert following reports of an individual attempting to blow themselves up in front of the Iranian Embassy in France.
While French police surrounded the building, they arrested a suspect who had threatened to detonate explosives.
Police sources reported that the attacker was arrested around 14:30 local time. After the arrest, the individual was searched, and it was determined that they were not carrying any explosive materials.
It is being evaluated that the development in the region may be related to the ongoing tension between Israel and Iran.
