Borrell: We have no evidence that China is providing weapons to Russia
Speaking on allegations that China is providing defense industry support to Russia, EU Foreign Policy Chief Borrell noted that they have not encountered any evidence regarding this matter.
European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell stated that they have no evidence that China is sending weapons to Russia.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue, an international security forum held in Singapore, Borrell said, "China has committed not to provide weapons to Russia, and we have no evidence that such a thing is happening."
"THE PROBLEM IS NOT JUST CHINA"
Suggesting that parts produced in the US, UK, and European countries are being used in Russian military equipment, Borrell added, "Therefore, the problem is not just China."
