Breaking News... Israel approves plan to occupy Gaza!

The Israeli government has officially approved a plan to occupy the entirety of Gaza. The cabinet, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has decided to take action to ensure the Israeli army can gain full control over every corner of Gaza.

In his statements, Netanyahu indicated that Israel's goal in occupying Gaza is to strengthen its security perimeter, stating the following:

"We do not want to govern Gaza. However, we want to be present here to ensure security."

It is planned that the administration of Gaza will be handed over to Arab forces following the occupation. Netanyahu said, "We want to leave Gaza to Arab forces that will not threaten our security and will offer a good life to Gazans."

5 CONDITIONS FROM THE CABINET

In the statement, 5 conditions were put forward for ending the occupation in Gaza.

These conditions were listed as follows:

- The disarmament of Hamas,

- The return of 50 hostages, 20 of whom are believed to be alive,

- The complete demilitarization of the Gaza Strip,

- Israel maintaining control over the entire Gaza Strip,

- The establishment of an alternative and civilian administration to Hamas and the Palestinian Authority.

FIGHT BROKE OUT AT THE MEETING

According to the Israeli press, a dispute occurred between the Chief of General Staff and ministers during the cabinet meeting. The reason for the dispute is the army's opposition to the full occupation plan.

Chief of General Staff Eyal Zamir stated that the occupation of Gaza would endanger the lives of the hostages. The ministers, however, opposed Zamir.

DENIED GENOCIDE

Before the meeting, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke to the US media outlet Fox News. Claiming that they "do not intend to annex or govern Gaza," Netanyahu said, "We want to hand over Gaza to Arab forces that will govern it properly without threatening us and will provide a good life for Gazans."

Netanyahu claimed that they are not committing genocide in Gaza, using the expression, "If we wanted to, we could have killed all the Gazans."
