Breaking News: Israel kills high-ranking Hezbollah commander!

The Israeli military has announced that Hezbollah commander Nabil Kaouk was killed in an assassination.

Clashes between Israel and Hezbollah continue to escalate tensions in the Middle East.

Israel, which has been conducting intense attacks on Lebanon in recent days, has set its sights on high-ranking Hezbollah figures.

Following the killing of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, the Israeli military claimed that Executive Council member Nabil Kaouk was also killed.

According to the Israeli military, Kaouk was killed as a result of strikes carried out on the Dahiyeh district of Beirut.

ABOUT NABIL KAOUK

Born in 1964, Kaouk joined Hezbollah in the 1980s.

Kaouk served as the Deputy Head of the Executive Council and as the head of the Southern Lebanon region within Hezbollah.

Kaouk was also known as the commander of Hezbollah's internal security unit.

ISRAEL'S ATTACKS

The Israeli military, which has been engaged in controlled clashes with Hezbollah since October 8, 2023, launched hundreds of airstrikes on September 23 against southern Lebanese cities as well as the Bekaa and Baalbek regions.

According to Lebanese authorities, a total of 1,052 people, including 104 children and 194 women, have been killed since September 17, when communication devices used by Hezbollah were detonated.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed in airstrikes carried out by the Israeli military on Beirut on September 27.

Hezbollah is responding to Israel with rockets and missiles. On the Israeli side, no major damage has been reported in these attacks, which mostly target military bases.

Nearly 150,000 people have been displaced within the country due to Israeli bombardment.

While the wave of migration from the southern parts of the country toward the capital, Beirut, and the north continues, it is reported that tens of thousands of people have migrated to Syria.
