An Israeli kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicle targeted a student dormitory located on Keshavarz Boulevard in the center of Tehran.

Additionally, state television reported that at least 2 more people were detained in Tehran on charges of "planning sabotage acts on behalf of Israel."
