THE REGIME IS TRANSFERRING POWER IN SYRIA
The Syrian Army Command informed its officers that the Assad regime has fallen.

Calling for public property not to be damaged, al-Jalali said, "We extend our hand to the opposition who say they will not touch anyone and who have extended their hand to us."
Al-Jalali stated, "Syria belongs to all Syrians. This country can be a normal country; this country can establish good relations with its neighbors and the world. WHAT IS HAPPENING IN SYRIA?
Clashes between Assad administration forces and jihadist groups began on November 27 in the western countryside of Aleppo province in northern Syria.
Jihadist groups, which took most of the center of Aleppo from Assad forces on November 30, had established dominance throughout Idlib on the same day.
Following intense clashes, the groups took the city center of Hama from regime forces on December 5.
Jihadists had begun to advance by capturing some settlements in the strategically important Homs province, which opens to the capital Damascus.
Military opposition forces, which launched an operation in the Daraa province on the Syrian-Jordanian border on December 6, had recaptured the provincial center from regime forces following the clashes.
In the Operation Dawn of Freedom launched by the Syrian National Army against the terrorist organization PKK/YPG in the Aleppo countryside on December 1, the Tel Rifat district center was cleared of terrorism.
