Bus drivers in France turn off their engines
The strike by bus drivers, which has been ongoing for 4 weeks in the Ile-de-France region, has caused disruptions in public transport.
The strike, which bus drivers began on September 12 in Vesinet, Montesson, and Chatou—located in the Ile-de-France region that includes Paris—to demand better working conditions and an incentive bonus, continues.
Due to the strike, transportation on 9 bus lines in Ile-de-France has been disrupted.
Meanwhile, no progress has yet been made in the negotiations between the drivers and the employer company.
