The cause of Tsatevich's death has not yet been shared with the public.
In a statement from the federation, it was said, "It is with great sadness that we inform you of the sudden passing of international master of cycling Alexey Vladimirovich Tsatevich."
The athlete, who will be laid to rest in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, will have his funeral ceremony held on April 10 at the Alexander Nevsky Church.
