Critical warning for Ukraine from US senator: 'It could be worse than Afghanistan'
US Senatör Lindsey Graham stated that if the Trump administration cuts off military support to Ukraine, the country could fall into a situation worse than Afghanistan.
Republican US Senator Graham expressed his concerns regarding the possibility of cutting off military and intelligence support to Ukraine in an interview with the US press. Graham, one of the leading figures of the Republican Party, stated that he hopes US President Donald Trump will not take such a step.
Emphasizing that the necessary support must be provided to Ukraine as long as the war continues, Graham stated that the goal of the US is to end the conflict in a 'fair and honorable' manner. Arguing that Ukraine should be supported until a ceasefire is reached with Russia, Graham maintained a firm stance on this issue.
