The statement included the following expressions:
"Due to the conflicts and state of war that have developed in Syria in recent days, those in the Tel Rifaat and Aleppo regions who do not pledge allegiance to the aggressive gangs, including Kurds, Arabs, and other peoples, are facing a new threat of massacre. We call on political circles, democratic forces, anti-war activists, human rights defenders, non-governmental organizations, the international community, and institutions to raise their voices and react on democratic grounds so as not to remain mere spectators and silent in the face of these developments."
