Development in fatal set shooting: Alec Baldwin could face prison time

According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, the new evidence includes the statement that "the gun held by the actor had been modified."

Baldwin's lawyers stated, "We look forward to our day in court."

If found guilty, the actor could face up to 18 months in prison.
