Elon Musk shares post about the election: 'Game, set and match'
As vote counting continues in the US elections, Trump has pulled ahead of his rival Harris in the delegate count. While final results are not yet clear, Elon Musk has offered his support to Trump, who has reached 201 delegates.
Republican candidate Donald Trump is leading the presidential race ahead of his Democratic rival Kamala Harris. As Trump continues to widen the gap, prominent businessman Elon Musk made a social media post implying that the Republicans have won the election.
Posting on the social media platform X, which he owns, Musk wrote, 'Game, set and match'.
Musk's post came as Trump moved closer to declaring victory during the vote count.
Having reached 201 delegates so far, Trump will become the new president of the US if he secures 270 delegates.
The Democrats have not yet made any statement regarding the election process. So far, only posts calling on voters to cast their ballots until the last moment have been made from Harris's X account.
