Elon Musk's gesture compared to a Nazi salute
Billionaire X owner Elon Musk's gesture while addressing supporters of Donald Trump, who was officially sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, has sparked controversy as it was compared to a Nazi salute.
Musk spoke at an event held at the Capital One Arena in Washington.
Saying, "(Election victory) Thank you for making this happen," and subsequently making a gesture that was compared to a Nazi salute, Musk added, "My heart is with you."
Musk stated, "Thank you for securing the future of civilization."
Following this gesture, many users on social media reacted by accusing Musk of performing a Nazi salute.
