Epstein bill passed in US House

The US House of Representatives has passed a bill requiring the public disclosure of all files concerning billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who was found dead in prison while awaiting trial on charges of running a sex trafficking ring involving underage girls.

The bill, titled the "Epstein Files Transparency Act," received 427 "yes" votes in the US House of Representatives, with only one member voting "no."

With this result, the first step has been taken in Congress toward opening the Epstein files, the outcome of which the American public has been eagerly awaiting for a long time.

It is noteworthy that this move in the Republican-majority Congress came after US President Donald Trump "changed his mind regarding the public disclosure of the files."

The next stop for the bill to become law will be the US Senate. If it is also passed in the Senate, it will be sent to the White House, and if signed by US President Donald Trump, it will become law.

The bill in question mandates the public release of all Jeffrey Epstein files held by the US Department of Justice.
