Trump, who sat side-by-side with Erdoğan in the middle of the table at the critical summit, said, "We will end the war in Gaza. We want to return to normal life in the Middle East with leaders I respect."

In his opening remarks at the meeting, Trump stated, "I think we can get it done. This is the group that can get it done." Noting that he had 32 meetings today, Trump said, "This is my most important meeting." It was observed that President Erdoğan and President Trump were seated at the head of the meeting table and side-by-side.

Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said in his statement, "The only reason we are here is to stop the war and bring the hostages back. We rely on you and your leadership to end this war and help the people of Gaza. The situation is very, very, very bad, so we are here to do everything we can to stop this war and bring the hostages back."

STATEMENT FROM ERDOĞAN AFTER THE MEETING

Following the Muslim Leaders summit, which Trump also attended, a statement came from AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan.

Regarding the meeting, Erdoğan said, "I am satisfied, may the result be auspicious." Emphasizing that the meeting was very productive, President Erdoğan stated that a final declaration would be issued.
