Erdoğan to attend the Organization of Turkic States summit in Budapest
President Erdoğan will travel to Budapest, the capital of Hungary, tomorrow for the summit organized by the Organization of Turkic States.
Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun announced in a statement on social media that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will depart for Budapest to attend the Informal Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), themed "The Meeting Point of East and West."
It was stated that efforts to strengthen the institutional structure of the OTS will be evaluated at the summit.
Altun expressed that, in addition to the Budapest Declaration, various documents and decisions are planned to be adopted at the summit.
It was also announced that Erdoğan will participate in the OTS Council of Heads of State meeting within the scope of the summit and will hold bilateral meetings with other heads of state and government.
