We had a good time despite everything, didn't we?"

While expressing his love for his daughters, Dane recalled the special times they spent together. "I remember the days I spent at the beach with you and your mother. I remember the moments you played in the ocean for hours, my water babies. All those days were heaven to me," he said. He noted that these memories were the most valuable moments of his battle against the disease.

Eric Dane also gave his daughters a few important pieces of life advice. Encouraging them to cope with the challenges they might face in the future, Dane said, "Stay in the moment, fall in love, choose your friends wisely, and always fight with all your being." Dane stated that these pieces of advice were based on the experiences he gained during the days he fought against ALS.
