The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) has announced that heavy search and rescue teams will be dispatched for individuals thought to be trapped in Sednaya Prison in Syria.
AFAD stated that the 80-person team will reach the area on Monday and begin operations.
The statement indicated that AFAD President Okay Memiş will make a statement to members of the media regarding the matter.
