The 6th summit of the European Political Community (EPC), formed by European Union (EU) countries and European countries outside the Union, has begun in Tirana, the capital of Albania. In addition to the heads of state and government of the 27 EU member countries, the leaders of candidate countries Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Turkey, as well as potential candidate Kosovo, are attending the summit held at Skanderbeg Square in Tirana.
