Russia offers housing to those who lost their homes in California wildfires

Russian officials in the Kherson Region have announced that they are ready to open their doors to California residents who lost their homes in the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles.

Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo stated in an interview with Russian media that Americans who do not fund the Ukrainian army and do not support the current Kyiv administration can find shelter in the region.

Governor Saldo remarked, "Despite the clearly anti-Russian policy that the United States has pursued so far, we are aware that natural disasters do not distinguish people based on their actions. Many ordinary people have been left homeless as a result of the fires in California."

HOUSING AND CITIZENSHIP FACILITATION

It was stated that California residents who come to Kherson will be offered temporary accommodation, and that the transition to Russian citizenship will be facilitated for foreigners who wish to do so. Officials announced that the support needed by the victims will be provided and that the necessary assistance will be given for them to rebuild their lives.
