German airline cancels flights to Iran and Lebanon
German airline Lufthansa has announced that its flights to the Iranian capital, Tehran, and the Lebanese capital, Beirut, have been canceled until April 30.
Lufthansa stated in an announcement that flights to Tehran and Beirut have been canceled until April 30, and that Iranian airspace will not be used by the company until that date.
The statement emphasized that Lufthansa is continuously monitoring and evaluating the security situation in the Middle East and is in close contact with the authorities.
The company had previously canceled its flights to Tehran and Beirut until April 18.
