Helicopter carrying 6 people crashes in the US
It has been reported that a helicopter carrying 6 people has crashed in the Mojave Desert in California, USA.
In a statement made by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, it was shared that the helicopter crashed last night near a small town in the Mojave Desert, approximately 150 kilometers southwest of Las Vegas.
Authorities stated that the helicopter, which took off from Palm Springs Airport with 6 people on board, crashed while en route to the state of Nevada and that the cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
In a statement by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), it was noted that it could not be determined whether there were any survivors of the crash and that search and rescue efforts are ongoing.
