Honda recalls over 750,000 vehicles
It has been reported that the Japan-based automaker Honda is recalling 750,114 vehicles in the U.S. due to an issue with their airbags.
In a statement by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), it was reported that the decision covers certain Honda Accord, Pilot, and Civic models produced between 2020 and 2022, as well as some Honda CR-V and Passport vehicles produced between 2020 and 2021.
The statement indicated that 750,114 vehicles were recalled due to an issue related to the airbags.
It was also reported that U.S. automaker General Motors (GM) is recalling 323,232 vehicles due to an issue with the tailgate.
In the NHTSA statement, it was noted that the recall decision covers the Chevrolet Silverado 2500, 3500, and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 models.
