Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is visiting Turkey tomorrow. The news was announced by Hungarian government spokesperson Zoltan Kovacs on his social media account.
Hungarian government spokesperson Zoltan Kovacs has announced that Prime Minister Viktor Orban will visit Turkey tomorrow.
Hungarian Prime Minister Orban will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
In a statement regarding Orban's visit, Hungarian government spokesperson Kovacs said, “They will discuss the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, prospects for peace, and Hungarian-Turkish relations.”
In his post, Kovacs announced that following the meeting between the two leaders, Hungarian Prime Minister Orban will attend the closing event of the Hungarian-Turkish Cultural Season.
The rotating presidency of the European Union, which changes every 6 months, passed to Hungary in July.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is also expected to visit Turkey early next week.
