India has stopped water flow to Pakistan!

According to a report in the India Today newspaper, India has made a new move after suspending the Indus Waters Treaty, signed with Pakistan in 1960, following a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir. According to the report, India has stopped the flow of water to Pakistan from the Baglihar Dam on the Chenab River.

It was also alleged that India plans to stop the flow of water from the Kishanganga Dam on the Jhelum River.

TERRORIST ATTACK IN PAHALGAM

In the Pahalgam region of Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir, 26 people lost their lives and many others were injured after armed individuals opened fire on tourists on April 22.

Accusing those who carried out the attack of 'coming from Pakistan,' India had suspended the 'Indus Waters Treaty.' India, which requested that Pakistani undersecretaries serving in New Delhi leave the country within a week, had announced that visa services for Pakistani citizens were suspended and that all previously issued visas had been canceled.

Pakistan, on the other hand, rejected the accusations, limited the number of Indian diplomatic personnel in Islamabad, declared that it would consider interventions in the rivers that go beyond the 'Indus Waters Treaty' as a 'cause for war,' and suspended all trade with India while closing its airspace.
