A 6.0 magnitude earthquake has occurred in Indonesia. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) announced that the earthquake took place at a depth of approximately 14 kilometers, 32 kilometers southeast of the city of Kalianget, located in the East Java region of Java Island. No statement has been made yet regarding loss of life or property in the earthquake.
Meanwhile, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake also occurred in the Philippines in the past few hours, and a tsunami warning was issued.
