In a statement issued by Iran, it was announced that negotiations between the two countries will be held in Pakistan.

Reports in the Iranian press stated that the ceasefire agreement has also been approved by Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei.

The statement said, "We aim to conclude the negotiations to be held in Pakistan within 15 days and to register the victory on the ground in the political arena as well." 

According to reports in the Iranian press, Iran has confirmed the two-week ceasefire agreement negotiated through Pakistan's mediation.

It was stated that the ceasefire agreement was also approved by Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei.

Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi announced that safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz will be possible for 15 days in coordination with the Iranian army.
