Iran responds to Biden's claim of knowing when Israel will attack
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that the U.S., which announced it has information regarding a potential Israeli attack on Iran, will be held responsible for any losses that may occur in Iran if it provides support for such an action.
In a message shared on his X social media account, Araghchi addressed U.S. President Joe Biden's statement that he has "knowledge of how and when Israel will retaliate against Iran."
The Iranian Minister stated, "Anyone with knowledge or understanding of how and when Israel is going to attack Iran, or providing facility and support for such folly, logically should be held accountable and responsible for any possible causality."
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps had reported that a missile attack was launched against Israel on October 1 in response to the killings of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, and Iranian Brigadier General Abbas Nilforoushan.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had also said that with the missile attack, Iran had "made a big mistake and will pay for it."
U.S. President Biden, during a press conference on his trip to Germany yesterday, answered "yes" to a journalist's question, "Do you have any knowledge of how and when Israel will attack Iran?"
Despite the questions, Biden refrained from providing information regarding Israel's attack plan.
