Iran responds to Trump's remarks with a 'slap'
Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi, spokesperson for the Iranian General Staff, commented on US President Donald Trump's rhetoric toward Iran, stating, "We have responded to every one of Trump's threats with a slap."
According to Iran's semi-official Fars News Agency, Shekarchi made assessments regarding the current agenda to journalists at a ceremony he attended.
"WE RESPONDED WITH A SLAP"
Emphasizing that they have responded to every threat with more severe and stronger measures, Shekarchi said, "We have responded to every one of Trump's threats with a slap."
Underlining that they will never take a step back in the face of Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Shekarchi said they would defeat the "enemy" and that they are not worried about this matter.
