Iranian official threatens Israel's infrastructure: 'It would take less than an hour'

Ebrahim Azizi, Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament, responded harshly on social media to statements made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the administration in Iran.

In his post on his X account, Azizi stated that in the face of any attempt against Iran's national security and interests, "Israel would become uninhabitable." The Iranian official commented that for them, this would take "less than an hour."

In his post, Azizi also pointed to certain critical infrastructure points in Israel, including a map featuring the Dimona Nuclear Facility, as well as bridges, energy plants, and water treatment centers. This post was interpreted as an implication that these points could be targeted in a potential conflict.

As tensions between Tehran and Tel Aviv rise once again with mutual statements and security threats, Azizi's post became one of the latest remarks to increase the tension in the region.
