Islamic Jihad Movement: Israeli army has detained our spokesperson in Gaza
The Islamic Jihad Movement has announced that the Israeli army has detained and subjected its spokesperson in the Gaza Strip, Tariq al-Salami, to torture.
In a statement released on the Telegram platform, the Islamic Jihad Movement stated, "We condemn the enemy (Israeli) army's detention of the movement's media spokesperson, Tariq al-Salami, and the fact that he has been subjected to torture."
The statement, which holds Israel fully responsible for al-Salami's safety, did not provide information regarding the date or reason for his detention.
There has been no statement from Israel regarding the matter yet.
