Israel attacks Bekaa Valley: 60 dead
It has been reported that at least 60 people were killed and 58 others injured in Israeli attacks on the Bekaa Valley.
The Israeli military is intensifying its attacks on Lebanon. In a statement issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, it was reported that at least 60 people, including 2 children, lost their lives and 58 others were injured in Israeli strikes on the Baalbek region and the Bekaa area in the east of the Bekaa Valley.
Baalbek Governor Bachie Khodr stated that this was the "most violent" attack in the region since Israel began intensifying its strikes against Hezbollah.
Following an evacuation order issued by Israel yesterday for the city of Tyre (Sur) in southern Lebanon, an attack resulted in 7 deaths and 17 injuries.
In the latest statement by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, it was noted that the death toll from Israeli attacks since October 8, 2023, has risen to 2,710.
Due to the intensifying attacks by the Israeli military, more than one million people have been displaced in Lebanon.
