Israel attacks nuclear power plant in Isfahan
It has been reported that the Shahid Raeisi Nuclear Power Plant in Isfahan was targeted in Israel's attacks on Iran, and that there has been no nuclear leak.
According to Iran's official news agency IRNA, Deputy Governor of Isfahan Akbar Salihi made a statement regarding the matter.
Salihi stated that an attack was carried out by Israel on the Shahid Raeisi Nuclear Power Plant in Isfahan on Friday evening, noting that rescue teams were dispatched to the scene immediately after the attack and that no loss of life has been reported so far.
Addressing the possibility of a radiation leak at the nuclear power plant, Salihi stated, "There is no contamination from this plant that would cause any concern."
