Israel intensifies attacks on Gaza: Genocide operation has restarted

It has been determined that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have intensified their military activities in the southern regions of the Gaza Strip. In an official statement, the army stated that operations have been launched in the Al-Jeneina neighborhood of the city of Rafah.

Military officials announced that a large number of targets in the region have been engaged over the last three days. The statement claimed that weapons depots, rocket launchers, and military facilities allegedly belonging to Hamas were destroyed. It was stated that Israel has displaced more than 30 thousand Palestinians living in the West Bank in recent weeks.

The Israeli army unilaterally terminated the ceasefire agreement that came into effect at the beginning of this year. On March 20, it officially announced that it had begun a ground operation in the Netzarim Corridor, which geographically divides Gaza in two.

With the intensification of clashes in the region, warnings continue to come from international organizations regarding the increase in civilian casualties. Israeli officials, however, claimed that the operations are directed only at Hamas targets.
