Israel to forcibly evacuate south of Litani River in Lebanon: 'Leave your homes immediately'
Israel, which has launched a ground offensive in southern Lebanon, has called on people living in the region to 'definitely leave their homes.' It is estimated that Israel's statements will increase the number of Lebanese people migrating due to fear of war.
The Israeli army is preparing to occupy the region between the Litani River in southern Lebanon and its own territory. Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee stated in a written statement on the X social media platform that those living in southern Lebanon 'must migrate.'
The statement warned Lebanese people not to travel south of the Litani River by vehicle and requested that residents of 28 villages and towns in the south of the country leave their homes.

The statement indicated that any call for Lebanese people to return to the south could only come from them.
In his statement, Israeli army spokesperson Adraee used the following expressions: 'You must leave your homes immediately and move north of the Litani River. Attention! Heading south is prohibited; if you move south, your lives are in danger.'
