Airstrike by Israel on the Gaza Strip: 7 people lost their lives

Israel continues its attacks on the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire that went into effect on October 10, 2025. An Israeli military airstrike on the Gaza Strip resulted in 7 deaths and left many others injured.

According to Palestinian sources, the Israeli attack targeted a residence and a civilian vehicle in the Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.

It was reported that several missiles struck the building, causing extensive destruction and sparking a fire. Health sources stated that the injured were transported to Al-Shifa Hospital.

In a joint statement issued by the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, it was reported that the Israeli military carried out an attack targeting Izz ad-Din al-Haddad, a commander of Hamas's military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. Hamas has not yet issued a statement regarding the incident.

The Israeli administration had accused al-Haddad of directing attacks against the Israeli military during the war that broke out in the region following Israel's attacks on Gaza on October 7, 2023.
