Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich made assessments regarding the tension with Iran during a radio program he attended in Israel.
Arguing that a retaliation must be carried out for the attack Iran launched against Israel last week, Smotrich stated that this should be a response that "will lead to a violent, harsh, and disproportionate price."
Smotrich claimed that "retaliation is necessary to shape Israel's position in the Middle East," and commented, "This is the language spoken in the Middle East."
