Israel's attacks in the region continue: This time they targeted the airport
It has been announced that Israel carried out a new airstrike on the airport in Sana'a, the capital of Yemen.
Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced in a written statement that Israeli warplanes carried out an air operation against Sana'a Airport.
Katz stated that in this attack, "the last remaining aircraft used by the Iran-backed Houthis was also destroyed."
Minister Katz used threatening language, stating that ports in Yemen would continue to be targeted. It is known that the Israeli military previously conducted airstrikes on Sana'a Airport and several other locations in Yemen on May 7.
As a result of these attacks, flights at Sana'a Airport, which sustained heavy damage due to passenger aircraft also being targeted, had been suspended until May 17.
