Kremlin Spokesperson: Germany lacks sovereignty

Evaluating Berlin's 'new statements regarding the Russian threat' on the Russian state channel Rossiya 1's program 'Moscow. Kremlin. Peskov stated that within the framework of Germany's lack of sovereignty, German officials are racing against time to please the US, Brussels, and NATO, where Washington's spokesperson Jens Stoltenberg serves as secretary general.

Reiterating that Germany lacks sovereignty, the Kremlin Spokesperson said, "Can you imagine how they are being torn apart? They are racing against time at different levels here and making statements. This is the difficult situation they are in."

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said in a statement on June 5 that Berlin must be ready for a state of war by 2029.

Without naming the enemy directly, Pistorius said that Russia "has switched to a war economy and continues to arm itself," and Germany, which announced its first comprehensive national security strategy in its history, defined Russia as the "greatest threat to peace and security."
