The repercussions of the simultaneous detonation of pagers and walkie-talkies used by Hezbollah members for communication in Lebanon continue.
According to the British news agency Reuters, a preliminary investigation conducted by Lebanese authorities into the attack carried out this week determined that explosives were planted in the devices before they arrived in Lebanon.
In the report, it was stated that in a letter sent by Lebanon's United Nations (UN) mission to the UN Security Council, it was determined that the pagers and handheld radios were detonated by sending an electronic message.
