Lightning strikes 3 children on beach
Three children on a beach in Puerto Rico were injured after being struck by lightning.
Three children on Montones de Isabela Beach in the coastal city of Isabela, Puerto Rico, a territory of the United States, were struck by lightning.
Authorities stated that the children, aged 7, 10, and 12, were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Aguadilla.
Officials reported that the 7-year-old child could not feel their legs but is in stable condition, while the 12-year-old child is in critical condition.
Footage recorded by bystanders showed the children collapsing after being struck by lightning and people nearby providing first aid until the ambulance arrived.
